The Master Gardeners of North Alabama, Inc., will be hosting a FREE online educational workshop titled, “Gardening Basics for Planting Success” by Lucy Edwards, Alabama Cooperative Extension Agent.
The online workshop takes place on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, from 12:00-1:00 PM. via the Zoom video conferencing platform.
Lucy is an ACES Home Grounds Regional Agent who gives a dynamic presentation full of her youthful energy and gardening experience! Using the Right Plant-Right Place concept she will walk us through gardening basics for planting success and answer questions using her wealth of knowledge.

The concept of Right Plant- Right Place is that if you choose plants that are well-suited to the location where they are planted they will perform well. The idea is that healthy plants will be much better equipped to withstand problems than those who are struggling with placement in the wrong environment.
